Appraisal Came In

The green lights keep coming...just got the update yesterday on the appraisal for our new home and it came in right in line with what we needed. So now moving forward to the final step: closing next Friday morning. It is very exciting to think about, though also a little weird realizing that we are going to be buying a house and to also know that we will know longer be livng in our cute little apartment, our first home together. But I think that will only be a little sad for a second or two...then I will be distracted by our new home!
