Baby Updates

Thought it had been awhile since I had put together a baby update post, so here goes a quick one...

Maisie: All four of her 1st year molars came in all at once...not a lot of fun, but I was glad that they came all together vs. 4 separate teething episodes. She has also been working on improving her climbing skills and has now added the dining room table and her exersaucer to her climb list (though she hasn't figured out how to climb back out of her exersaucer yet).

Maisie is starting to show indications that she is ready to move down to a 1-nap schedule (sad day for her Mommy), so we are going to give it a try today. We'll be skipping the morning nap and instead wait to hopefully take 1 long afternoon nap right after lunch. Probably the hardest time this morning will be around 7:30am/8am...

Annie: It is hard to believe, but she is almost 3 months old...and getting so big on us! Her neck strength improves each day, and she can hold up her head fairly well now during belly time. Annie has also successfully transitioned to the crib with only a few temporary bumps in the schedule here & there. And so far, she is much easier to put down to sleep at night than Maisie was at this time -- here's hoping that trend lasts!

Annie is also outgrowing her reflux for the most part and definitely think it will be completely gone by 4 months. She continues to smile so very much and is for the most part a very happy & content baby girl.
